What we do
Hoylake Help is an information and advice service for the residents and
visitors of Hoylake. It is run solely by volunteers. We maintain this website
and also man a desk in Melrose Hall. We hope to have the desk open from Monday
to Friday from 10 am to 12:30 pm, but this is dependent on volunteers being
available.
We believe that
Hoylake is a vibrant place to live and visit. We hope that by promoting the
amenities of Hoylake we will enhance the life of its residents and will attract
more visitors to the town and perhaps lengthen their stay. For a Tour of
Hoylake brochure, which includes a map of the town and ‘a brief general
description of a fishing village which became a commuter and holiday town’, ask
at Melrose Hall or Hoylake Library.
When we find out about a future event, we add it to the Event List on
this website. If you know of an event which is planned for our area and which
is not on the Event List, please let us know:
